For more complex repairs or installations that require an in-person evaluation (such as custom repairs, large renovations, or issues that are difficult to assess remotely), a service call fee of $70 – $100 will apply. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your job if you decide to proceed with FixerDepot for the repair or service.

We value our long-term relationships with property managers. If you are a property manager and you hire FixerDepot for your repair needs, your service call fee will be refunded upon job completion. This ensures that you can trust us to handle all of your property’s home repair needs at a competitive value.
